ok, so i have a couple of memories from california that i want to share:

-going to ICCA the first night and watching Fermata Nowhere do perhaps the best set of collegiate a cappella i have ever seen. 'Hey Ya' was fucking amazing.

-seeing perhaps the worst female a cappella outside of the University of Michigan when some terrible group did 'Toxic' by Britney Spears, which included a mini strip-show

-JJCrave hooking up with Georgina, the toothless wonder

-the most incredible (read: horrific) rendition of 'don't make me close one more door' by whitney houston, performed at UCSD. the look on everyone's faces (including the soloist) at each key change was really priceless. you can imagine this one even if you weren't there.

-before singing with the claremont shades, when we went down to that school-sponsored party with free beer, got a little drunk, and then sang 'blues in the night' and some other songs that i don't remember. then we raided the fridge at the party and drank all of their triple sec because some genius decided to get a keg of some nasty dark ale that no one would drink.

there are about 9 hundred more but i think that should suffice for now.
